GLAVNIK:V DOLINI TIHI iz kategorije koncertne skladbe sodi med odlične Pihalni orkester.

V DOLINI TIHI SUITE
V vsakem stavku suite se kot glavna in hkrati vodilna tema pojavi druga izvirna slovenska melodija, ki se fragmentarno prepleta, varira in v harmoničnem slogu sekvento dopolnjuje. Vsak stavek je zaklučena celota.
I.stave - V dolini tihi
II.stavek - Kurentovanje je skladen kot burleska.
Začenja se z značilnim kravjim zvoncem. Nato se pridružijo ostal tolkala, ki se postopoma vključujejo z orkestrom v melodično igro.
Ples kurentov s ptujskega polja s svojimi burklami oznanjajo pirhod pomladi.
III. stavek -Teče mi vodica.
Znana slovenska prkmurks narodna melodija je vtkana v III.stavek suite. Varirana tema se nadaljuje do konca stavka.
IV. stavek - Na sejmu. V zadnji stavek je vtkana znana prleška melodija, ki se sekvento prepleta z variacijami. Da bi pridobili na originalnosi, je uporabljen klopotec kot izvirni instrument in priključen ostalim tolkalom. Klopotec je lahko nadomestil z ragljo.

IN THE SILENT VALLEY SUITE

In each movemento of the suite another original Slovenian tune appears as the main and, at the same time,leading theme, the fragments of which interwine, very and sequentially complememt one ather. Each movement is a close unit.
I.movement - In the Silent Valley
II.movement - Carnival Time. This movement was composed ad a burlesque, Ot begins with the significant coe bells and is followed by other percussion instrument which are gradually included in the melody played by the orchestra. The dance of the masqeraders (the"kurents")with their antics from the area of Ptuj denotes of coming of the spring.
III. movement - The flowing of the Brook. The weell-known Slovenian folksong has been woven into the third movement of the suite. The verying theme continues till the end of the movement.
IV.movement -At the Fair.The last movement contains the well-known tune from Prlekija, which issequentially interwined with variations. In order to achieve a higher degree of originality, the copmoser has used the percussions. The "klopotec"can be substituted by a rattle.
(The "klopotec"is a widmaill sail scaring off birds from a veneyard and announcing the time of the vintage in autumn).
